I made invitations with jewelry boxes.
I had loose Lego's in each with further instructions.

Because I was caught up in the details of other items of the party I decided to go simple and make chocolate lego's out of some silicone molds I bought. No fondant this time!

We recently went to Legoland in Florida because my son is in love with Lego's right now. For his 7th birthday I invited the boys from class and had an all Lego themed party. I have to say of all the parties I have done for my children, this might have been one of the easiest parties I've ever planned. I did let the boys take home the cars they built so that might be the biggest expense if I could offer an advice on planning your own, but besides that it was easy to come up with food and activities and they all said "it was the best party ever" :)
