Hysterectomy

My bunco partner Michele was facing a hysterectomy so she decided not to cry but to celebrate with laughter. We made the food together, she made goodie bags, PMS snacks, retirement sign and I made syringe shots and rose champagne cupcakes. It was a hospital theme and we asked everyone to dress in either scrubs or pj's. We laughed all night and then we all brought her dinner in the weeks after.

Kentucky Derby 2017

Bourbon white cake mini's with bourbon in the batter and a brush on top. Vanilla mint buttercream on top. Surprisingly it was light and the bourbon was just a hint.
