Blue Moon beer cupcakes

I have had so much positive response to these! Orange flavored cake that has an entire bottle of Blue Moon beer in the batter. I added some white chocolate chips so with the orange and white chocolate it makes them taste like a Dreamsicle. I used an Orange Emulsion so that the orange flavor doesn't bake out. I used organic oranges for the rind (because of pesticides) and I squeezed the orange juice and then brushed it on top of the cooling cupcakes before frosting with my buttercream and adding the orange rind. So it's just enough orange but not too pungent. Like I said, they were a huge hit!

Oktoberfest 2011 and 2013

2011-My friend Lauren had a fabulous Oktoberfest in her families backyard. Her dad and husband roasted an entire pig, there were kegs of all kinds of German beer and a bouncy for the kids. The weather could not have been better. Thank you for having us. It was so much fun!

40th-Wayne

Wayne's wife threw him a 40th birthday party and since I know one of the party planners, so contacted me to make some custome ones that reflect some things about him. His wife gave me a list of 16 things and I picked 12 toppers to hand-make. I saw the pictures and it looked like the whole party was a blast, right down to his favorite muscian Mike Farris playing in his backyard for all his guests!

Strawberry Shortcake

Mylee turned 5 and wanted a Stawberry Shortcake theme. I made fondant strawberries and put them on top of strawberry cake mini's and a cupcake for the birthday girl to blow out. Happy Birthday Mylee!

Krtek

Lukas loves the Czech cartoon character of Krtek. He is a little mole that I made out of fondant on top of a smash cupcake and then little mini cupcakes to go with it. Happy 1st Birthday Lukas!

Lego cake

Aidan turned 7 and had a Lego birthday party. The cake was vanilla with buttercream and marshmallow fondant dyed blue. The little candies surrounding are Lego candy building blocks that actually fit together. Happy Birthday Aidan!

Baby Shower-Max safari animals

Linda ordered cupcakes for her nephew and his wife who are expecting a baby boy they will name Maximilliano. I made monkey cupcakes to match the adorable invitations for baby Max!

Pumpkin and Caramel Apple Cupcakes

Fall flavors. Chocolate, Pumpkin, Caramel apple with real chopped apples in a spice cake. Drizzled with caramel, topped with chopped nuts and a stick, of course!

Georgia-UGA cc's for 40th

There are 2 of my friends whose husbands both went to UGA and they're the same age on the same day. So technically there were 2 identical dozen. Reese's Peanut Butter cup. Happy Birthday John and Keith!
