Blue Moon beer cupcakes

I have had so much positive response to these! Orange flavored cake that has an entire bottle of Blue Moon beer in the batter. I added some white chocolate chips so with the orange and white chocolate it makes them taste like a Dreamsicle. I used an Orange Emulsion so that the orange flavor doesn't bake out. I used organic oranges for the rind (because of pesticides) and I squeezed the orange juice and then brushed it on top of the cooling cupcakes before frosting with my buttercream and adding the orange rind. So it's just enough orange but not too pungent. Like I said, they were a huge hit!
