Lavender honey is a new flavor and one of my new favorites. The batter has organic dried lavender buds steeped in water, honey added and then put into the batter. The top of the buttercream has lavender sugar and organic dried lavender buds on top. I recently purchased edible lavender oil so I'll be trying that on the next go around. There are some lemon curd pictures in this post as well.
