Halloween 2010

Monster arm crawling out from the grave, skeleton, witches hat/broom, Jack, ghost, etc.
A repeat client (thank you Susan!) asked me to make some spooky Halloween cupcakes for an adult party. I made Devil's Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with a French Cream (two step process) and then Raspberry Preserves inside to look like "blood". A few had some fang marks on them as well. I love this holiday and they were fun to make!

Teacher Appreciation/Bus Driver Appreciation

Our school's foundation asked if I could make some cupcakes for our teachers to show them how much we appreciate them. I made vanilla, pumpkin and spiced apple cake with buttercream on top and a caramel drizzle. Thank you teachers and support staff for all that you do!
I don't know how our bus driver doesn't have a headache from all the noise but she always says "Oh I don't have far to go". Such a trooper! I made her a "4 pack" with a little bus on it. Thank you Ms. Penny for keeping our kids safe every morning and afternoon!

Birthday-Ms. Burhan

My son's assistant teacher was surprised by our class with flowers, cards made by the kids and some personalized cupcakes. Happy Birthday Lauren!

Baby Shower-Owls for Maggie

Reese's peanut butter cup!

Black and White (chocolate cake with a cream cheese chocolate chip center).
It's a Boy shower for Maggie and Will. Angelia, Amy and Cindy hosted a couples shower for them. Everything looked adorable! I matched the cupcakes to the invitation and theme. Reese's peanut butter cup, Champagne and Black & White (chocolate cake with a cream cheese chocolate chip center inside). Congratulations on the arrival of Jake!

Birthday-Melanie's 6th

Melanie is a classmate of my son and her mom said she wanted pink, blue, yellow with butterflies on her cake. She also loves Hello Kitty so I put a few of those on her cupcakes:) Happy Birthday Melanie!

Wedding Bridal Shower-fall colors

Jana and Vixay were hosting a bridal shower. I was given the colors: burnt orange and brown and the brides flowers were calla lilies. Congratulations!

Baby Shower-boy for hostess Tamara

Tamara's friend was having a boy and wanted chocolate and strawberry cupcakes. I made vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream but it couldn't be pink because it's a boy! So I tinted the buttercream blue. Blue strawberry was a fun idea!

40th-fabulous and forty

Tammy ordered these for a friend who was turning 40. And it just so happened to be a girls weekend as well!
